Booking Policies

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final service total. Deposits can be transferred to rescheduled appointments with at least 24 hours notice.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling. Repeated late arrivals may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Hair Prep Requirements
Please arrive with clean, detangled, and blow-dried (or stretched) hair. Hair that is not properly prepared may result in additional fees or rescheduling. If unsure, ask us beforehand!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will also forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
